The Project Board
The project board is the window into a project for the team and it's stakeholders. It serves several purposes:
- What is next?
- What's done?
- How much do we have left?
- Who's working on what?
In this section I want to talk about each of these questions and how you use the project board to answer them:
Backlog: What is next?

Benefits
- Forces project to maintain alignment with stakeholders on priorities
- Changing priorities requires minimal communication
- Team-wide collaboration
- Team-wide focus on the same goal
- Eliminates or greatly reduces time necessary for "sync" meetings like stand-up
Done: What's done?
Done means done
Assignment: Who is working on what?
People are on one-task at a time
