This site is written as a guidebook for engineers looking to improve their skills as a remote-first technical lead.

Why

For any complicated process to work, each component must feed nicely into the next. If you piecemeal a process together, you're likely to end up in a very broken system unsure what to fix next.

What I aimed to explain here is how all parts of the process must feed neatly into one another.
